new 10.2 compatible package of mc / gmc

I made a 10.2 compatible binary package of mc-4.5.55 availible for D/L at http://www.biermann.org/philipp

Function keys now work with the 10.2 terminal. Also gmc (mc with gtk interface for X) is included.
